Please be advised that scheduled maintenance and upgrade work is undertaken by Telstra which can impact the availability of Backhaul Links, International connectivity and ADSL services. Scheduled Telstra maintenance work, and significant current Telstra related outage information may be viewed here.

Hosting Support

If you are experiencing any problems with your domain, web or email hosting, please contact our Customer Care Team for support. Support relating to normal management of your domain, including setting up and managing email accounts and any other services accessible by you through the domain Control Panel, will be subject to a charge at our hourly support rates.

Website Support

If you are experiencing problems with your website or need support in managing or updating your website, please contact our Customer Care Team for support. If you have subscribed to our Website Maintenance Package support provided will be included as part of your support package.

If you have not chosen a Website Maintenance Package, support for updating or maintaing your website will be subject to a charge at our hourly support rates.
